Client link security

Protect client links with expiry, access limits, access codes, rotation, revocation and explicit consent.

These guides describe workflows for enabled workspaces. Pre-registration does not grant immediate access to the client portal. Confirm availability with the BrandSuite team before planning client delivery.

Available controls

  • Configurable link expiry.
  • Maximum access count with an effective block once exhausted.
  • Six-digit code shown only once.
  • Token rotation with immediate revocation of previous sessions.
  • Manual revocation and status history without storing the complete raw link.
  • Explicit consent before asset upload or social connection.

Share over two channels

When using a code, send the link and code separately for sensitive content.

Revoke when in doubt

If the recipient or Brand is wrong, revoke and generate a new link.
