Client Email Center

Send review, delivery, asset and social links through the managed BrandSuite email channel.

These guides describe workflows for enabled workspaces. Pre-registration does not grant immediate access to the client portal. Confirm availability with the BrandSuite team before planning client delivery.

Managed BrandSuite channel

  • The technical sender is hello@brandsuite.io.
  • You can configure the agency sender name and reply-to.
  • Email is marked accepted only after a positive provider response.
  • Link open, approval, download and upload remain separate events.

SMTP and custom sender domains are hidden in this rollout. They will reopen after SPF/DKIM, deliverability and credential-protection tests.

WhatsApp and email apps

BrandSuite prepares a complete message with context, link and code. For best reliability use “Copy complete message”; WhatsApp and email clients always require manual confirmation.
