Client portal for creative agencies

Configure brand-scoped client review, delivery, asset collection, social connection and managed email workflows.

These guides describe workflows for enabled workspaces. Pre-registration does not grant immediate access to the client portal. Confirm availability with the BrandSuite team before planning client delivery.

One operations center per Brand

The client profile may be shared across multiple Brands. Reviews, comments, deliveries, assets, social connections and activity remain isolated in the current Brand.

Professional review

Select content or calendar items, create a snapshot and collect comments or approval.

Delivery and assets

Deliver selected content and documents or request new client materials through a dedicated link.

Social connections

Choose Instagram or Facebook first, then complete login yourself or send the link to the client.

Email Center

Send through BrandSuite, copy the complete message or open WhatsApp and confirm manually.

The client does not enter the agency workspace: they receive access limited to the selected purpose, Brand and duration.

Portal address

Reviews, deliveries, asset requests and social connections use the managed client.brandsuite.io address. The Brand and agency are resolved from the secure token without exposing identifiers in the hostname.
