Multi-client brand management for agencies

Keep each client's sources, voice and production decisions together. BrandSuite supports brand and content workflows; it does not replace accounting or an ERP.

Editorial example using the fictional Morrowfield brand. Not a live tool result or a customer case.

Brief and boundaries
Morrowfield needs a hiking-jacket launch with product notes, an approved logo and a practical voice. A second fictional client, Forma, needs a design-service campaign with its own brief and tone. Keep sources, drafts and reviewers in their respective brand workspaces; reuse the process, not client material.
Production and review
Agree the audience and message, prepare a campaign plan, then refine the master and its channel variants. A reviewer checks the material before delivery; generation is not approval.
Read the brief, decisions and limits
What to verify
Ask the client to confirm product claims and usage rights. Changes to the brief mean reviewing the affected drafts, not silently approving them.

How to manage multiple client brands

To manage agency client brands, prepare one brief and rule set for each. Your team should know who owns the sources, which message is approved and which version to deliver. BrandSuite coordinates brand context, AI content and review: share the process while keeping material attributed to the correct client.

  1. Collect one brief per Brand

Record audience, objective, approved sources, constraints and decision owner. Separate client-supplied material from assumptions awaiting confirmation.

  2. Define reusable rules

Agree voice, palette, messages and permitted claims. Reuse the process across clients while checking that sources and content always belong to the correct Brand.

  3. Produce and review

Prepare a master and channel variants. Request explicit review of content, rights and format before delivery: a generated draft is not an approval.

  4. Manage changes

Example: Morrowfield approves a jacket message while Forma keeps a design-studio voice. If the first client changes the offer, identify the posts, page and email using that message and request another review. Record the checked version without reusing the other brand’s assets or treating a new draft as approved.

Final check: every asset should have an identifiable Brand, source, version and reviewer. Creative workflow management does not replace accounting, invoicing or an ERP. Example outputs are illustrative, not real customer metrics.

Compare AI brand and content softwareBuild verifiable brand rules
  • A separate workspace for every brand
  • Identity, sources and strategy ready to reuse
  • Canvas and output ready to refine
  • Coordinated materials for every channel

Before adopting it, verify these three steps.

No invented metrics: value should be checked against real agency work, from brand separation to client delivery.

01

Separation

Open two brands and check that sources, voice and history never mix.

02

Editing

Move a draft into canvas and change one element without starting over.

03

Consistency

Check that every format keeps the brand identity and direction.

Client Delivery Pack

Reduce unbillable coordination while keeping client brands, reviewers and deliveries separate.

Brief, direction, master, comments and continuable files in one client journey.

BrandSuite prepares and connects the work. A person approves direction, edits and every external handoff.

  1. 01

    Separate client context

Questions before joining the list.

BrandSuite organizes briefs, sources, identity, content and review across client Brands. Creative workflows do not replace accounting, invoicing, payroll or an ERP.

Start with the task: extract a brand kit from a website, reuse approved sources and voice in AI drafts, organize client brands or prepare social content for review. Try the same brief and sources in the products you compare. Evaluate source coverage, editing, client separation and approval control. In BrandSuite, the social calendar and campaign asset map are distinct paths; choose the one that fits your task.

A client-facing pack can include the client brief, guidelines, a Social Kit, landing structure, ads angles and post variants.

Yes. The workflow is designed to prepare and refine material before a client presentation.

No. It prepares structured output so strategists, designers and account teams can review and refine faster.

Yes. Teams can edit, regenerate and adapt the work before presenting or publishing it.

BrandSuite stores identity, audience and voice for each brand, then uses them to generate editable pages, campaigns and materials.
